Hello!
I've recently noticed how much weight I put on in the past months (due to personal issues) and i now want to drop it all for good.
Aiming to lose 10 kg... possibly in 10 weeks, but also more if I see that I'll need to take it more slowly.
I would love to find other people who would love to lose weight as I do.
I thought we could all share this group together and post our food diary for the day, the workouts we did, and support each other during the difficult moments!
Would love to here back from you.
