Introduction of myself, my goal.

Hello everyone, I am OUT OF SHAPE. I HAVEN'T WORKED OUT IN 2 YEARS.. up until 2 weeks ago. I am 5'8 225 lbs /33%bodyfat/38yrs old. My goal is to get to 185lbs/and maintain between 12%bodyfat and 15% body fat. I plan on reaching that goal in 1 YEAR!!! I started September 13, 2017. I'm in the process of trying to get my macro' s right, if I'd like to do 65%protein/10%carbs/25%fats. Exercise: (I have only been doing cardio machines this week. 1 mile jog treadmill (averages 12 to 15 min, 30min of elliptical, 20minutes bike) EVERYDAY for a week. I WILL start doing weight training next month with lighter cardio sessions. Wish me luck on achieving my goals!!! Also looking fir motivational forums or someone else barely starting out wanting to lose approximately 20% body fat.
