Newbie Looking for Motivation

Hi everyone I'm new to this and in month 3 of my journey. I'm trying to get back down to a healthy weight and improve my relationship/understanding with food. The goal is to transition to a healthy lifestyle and find a way to actually enjoy it so I stick with it. I'm a dog walker and pet sitter so I'm active but my motivation to train isn't great. I'd appreciate anyone adding me or any advice. Hopefully we can all reach our goals together!

    I added you. I have been eating right and working out for about a month now minus a few cheat days here and there. So far I have not seen any results whatsoever. I am a little disappointed so I'm looking for motivation as well.
