Nordic Track ski mashine, treadmill, running, full body plyo exercises.

I don’t like “cardio” I never do it at the gym. The only thing I do at the gym is weights. For “cardio” I like to do things like hike, walk my dog, ride a bike, mow the lawn.. (ok I don’t really like to mow the lawn but it’s practical and is good exercise lol)0
