By the numbers

This is my 3rd week. What a great tool this site is for a food & exercise journal plus all the brain power available from y'all. I've been pretty good at hitting my daily goal of 1750 cal. to lose weight. However, adding exercise my daily intake goal jumps to 2150 cal. and I get the msg. falling short of goal. I kinda ignore that and go with burn more than I eat to lose weight. Break into small groups and discuss.
