Well, I'm psyched. I started this journey with size-24 pants, and when I went shopping Sunday, I was able to buy and get (relatively) comfortably into size 20, and could actually CLOSE/BUTTON size 18 (but not comfortably) pants. Yay! And I can get into the Victoria Secret PJ bottoms my husband got me (XL, which for VS is probably like a 16 or 18), but I can't get the top buttoned yet.
