Hey everyone,
I've always found it so cool to see other people online who can lift themselves into a handstand or that are able to jump over huge obstacles! I know that these kinds of things need very specific training, but are there any good places I could find exercises that will eventually help me do stuff like this? Thank you!

you might like to check out gmb fitness. they have a lot of programs you can do at home, but i've never tried it myself. i think the best bet is to find a gymnastics or circus school near you that has some basic classes where a teacher can help guide you. I go to one called athletic playground in california/bay area that is adult beginner friendly. I started out not being able to really do a cartwheel to now being able to do front handspring and one hand cartwheels. (started in my 40's!) I can now hold a really short 10 second handstand too from starting at zero.2

YouTube has loads of instructions for handstands, which I've been trying to learn.0
