Does anyone have any nice recipes which do not aggregate the acid? Something with not too much wheat or dairy either.

Keto. I have been on Nexium for 14 years for Gerds and a Ulcer. I have tried every other medication on the market as Nexium is not for long term use but they don't work. It's so bad that if I forget my daily pill, by 26 hours from my last one, I will be throwing up stomach acid.

On Keto, I do not have to take my pills at all. It takes a week or so to get to the point where o don't need them, once I'm at that point.... I can eat bad and still be fine as long as o go back to Keto.

To be fair though, I tried gluten free once and had the exact same results. And I ate all sorts of gluten free bar foods and gf beers and such. No bloating and no heartburn.
