Has anyone gone to Demetre’s Cafe before? I can’t location any nutrition information on their deserts?

    It would help if you mentioned where the place is. If it's a chain they will probably have it on their website. If it's a local place, they probably don't list it or even know it.

    Lots of restaurants don't have nutrition info. I just learned to do a best-guess on that stuff. You can usually find something similar in the database. Restaurant food is rarely the amount of calories they state, anyway. It's never an exact thing, so if anything - overestimate!
