Does anyone have the nutrition information for the Redwood Salad at J. Alexander's? I don't know how to log it. These are the ingredients - Rotisserie chicken, pecans, avocado, tomatoes, bacon, cheese, croutons and ranch dressing

Just add each ingredient as a separate component. You'll need to estimate the amount of each one. Best to over estimate than under. Only you can really do that since you are the one who saw/ate the salad.0

Look up those things. Guess the amount the best you can. Log them. It's not prefect but it will do when you don't have more accurate information.0
