Starting over...

Hi,
Well... I was an athlete and trained in a few sports such as CrossFit, Bodybuilding, Olympic Weightlifting, Obstacle Course Races, Mixed Martial Arts and I did (and still do) Mountain Bike.
I counted my macros and cycled my carbs (2 years and a half ago) and was fit. Unfortunaly, first xmas holiday came and I lost it completely. I became a sugar addict and was cheating a few times a day, everyday. I was eating 1.5-2k cals and 200-300g carbs extra a day PLUS my 3,500 calorie healthy diet a day. I kept training but I wasn't seeing the results I was supposed to have. This was a disease and I had lost my life and well-being. I was purging after each binge and REbinged as soon as I purged because I was not "satisfied", this could have happened 5 times in a row. It was absolutely insane. After enduring this for 2 years, I finally gave up the fight and "accepted" it... i eventually stopped purging and I stopped training.
I gained fat, lost a lot of muscle mass, I'm always exhausted/tired.. so after eating all the food I wanted for the past 2 years, I decided that I had enough. I hate how I look, feel, and having self-esteem issues.
So, I'm 32, 5'0 and currently weigh 135 lbs. I am starting an Intermittent fasting diet where I'll eat a total of 2k cals a day mainly high protein, high fat and low carbs, but will adjust my macros accorginly along the process and see how my body reacts. I will start working out 2-3 times a week to slowly get my body back into it and not give it too much stress.
Hoping to find other motivated people to follow and to keep me motivated by following their journey
I attached some pics of me which I often look at. It always gave me a little something inside that made me want to fight again...
Goodluck to everyone and don't give up !
