So I am getting pretty tired of lunch and dinner as I am eating the same stuff every day... salad or veg with meat or fish....

I want to spice it up with some flavour and texture with some low calorie meal ideas that are not too complicated and simple to make (bad cook).

Please show meal your low calorie lunch and dinners!

Dont limit yourself to "low calorie" options - that's what makes you end up with a repetitive diet. Variety is healthy, it doesn't just prevent boredom, so it's a good thing to aim for.

Plan your daily intake as a whole - prelog: enter meals into your diary before you eat - to see how different alternatives influece your calorie total. You will see that increasing or decreasing amounts of individual items has an impact. This is important to prepare you for the next step.

Now get yourself a cookbook, or look up recipes online. All recipes can be adjusted - you can often replace things you don't like or don't have, as long as it's in the same category - pasta/rice, meat/fish, nuts, fruit, vegs. You can also adjust portions to fit your calorie goal, or maybe reduce amounts of sugar or fat. These things aren't as complicated as it may sound(?); in fact, they are quite simple principles, which makes you a cook. Just following recipes is not very flexible - and having to rely on inflexible recipes while wanting to lose weight is going to be complicated - if you can cook, you can make almost anything, even without recipes, and make it delicious and healthy.

Soup is low calorie, and you can buy it pre-made. I like boxed puréed soups like a spicy black bean or a pumpkin. Soup can be very nice for lunch.

For dinner try different sauces. Teriyaki for Chinese, Garam Masala for Indian (use yogurt instead of butter and cream).

Use different meats and stay in your calorie goal by changing the portion size. There's pork or a brick of tofu. Or have a crustless Quiche for dinner, with about a quarter of the called for cheese.

Replace the heavy cream with milk for a lower calorie version.
