Hello all, I am 39, 5'3 momma of 2 young kids. I've been slacking on diet and exercise for the past 2 years and decided it was time to do something. I purchased Beachbody on demand on August 1st and while I can't drink their shakes, I have combined working out 30 min a day 5-6 days per week and watching my calories via mfp. I have had cheat days, I have lost motivation when I don't see the scale moving hardly at all. But I keep with it because I am seeing results through the nsv's and they keep me motivated.

Here's my 8 week stats

Before: 143lbs
After: 140lbs and -5 inches total
Goal: 130lbs
