Looking for Low cal, low carb, low fat bread/muffin

I heard there are okay kinds of breads to use while trying to stay away from starches. Does anyone know of any? Thank You!

Low carb low fat would be a high protein high fiber bread.

The sprouted breads might work for you.

(I refuse to link an article that refers to "wheat berries")

    Try cloud bread.

You can control calories by the portion size.

I would pick something else than baked goods if I were to stay away from starch, because those things are made up of starch. But I would also check whether staying away from starch was necessary, because without context, that seems pretty random and specific at the same time.

As for low cal, low carb, low fat - starch is pure carbohydrate so it will never be low cal, but bread is usually pretty low in fat. Looking specifically for food low in things is very restricting, and it does bad things to our minds. A more effective approach is to see your diet as a whole, and your dietary need as a whole, and find ways you like to eat enough of everything, but not too much of anything.
