Food Calorie Help Please

Hi All,

I am making a chicken roast dinner today. I am going to input all the ingredients into recipe then select the number of portions, my question is I have weighed all the veg and chicken pre cooking (pressure cooker for chicken and steamer for veg except potatoes they will be roasted) do I Log the veg and chicken weight prior to cooking or after cooked (I thought it would be prior)

If someone could help clear this up I would be really grateful!

Thanks in adavance x

If you weighed them uncooked, log them uncooked. Look specifically for entries that say "raw".

    This is what I do:
    Weigh all ingredients raw.
Input into recipe builder. Don't worry about the serving size rn.
    Throw into crockpot.
When it's done cooking, weigh the final product in grams and set that as your number of servings.
Happily eat 300 servings of your dinner.

This is how I always do it too... Or make your serving size 1.. Then log the percent you eat (.4, .6, .75) works the same either way.
