Need support and tips, starting again!

I'm a working mom of 2. I have been on every diet there is it seems with great results and then I always end up back to being overweight. I am currently the heaviest I've ever been. I'm unhappy, feel gross but am having a hard time sticking to healthy eating. I start to plan meals and then I get tired or run out of ideas. Sometimes I am rushed trying to get the kids to their various activities and we end up eating out or eating convenience foods.
I am looking for people who are in my situation for support and ideas. I need to have some people I can be accountable to

    If the results were great, you would still be at goal weight - conclusion: diets don't work.

    Now set up MFP to lose whatever is closest to 1% of your bodyweight per week. You get a calorie goal to hit. Aim to hit that number every day, by weighing and logging everything you eat.

    When you plan meals, start with what you and your family like, and eat together as a family. Consider sacrificing one activity per week to get together and cook.

    And you aren't really accountable to anyone but yourself and your family.
