what are your go to weight loss foods? I realize we can eat twinkies and still lose weight, but for me, eating junk just causes me to crave them more, so I steer clear of them---not just while dieting, but as a life style choice.
So what foods help you lose? For me, it's greek yogurt, turkey, tuna and fruits, vegetables

I can lose weight, easily, just by "healthy eating" - lean, green and mean and counting calories, but that has done nothing to address my issues with food, which lead me to overeating. I need some clear but flexible boundaries, and setting them myself - a good meal structure, filled with tasty, balanced and delicious meals; good shopping routines; and no demonizing of foods, food groups or nutrients; on the contrary, a variety of foods and enjoying all of them, all in good time and in moderate amounts.1

potatoes, Broccoli, Brussel sprouts (really all dif vegs) bananas, blueberries, PB2, Dark chocolate chips/chunks, Coffee.
Start my day with a green smoothie sometimes with protein powder
My work lunches generally look like this (im a mover im moving to much to really do more thn grab at quick foods as we drive but i get starving when i dont eat constantly lol-edited to add no matter what i eat im always hungry its why i stick to more low calorie highly nutritious options )
And then i come home and pack in the fruits and higher cal vegs at night in bulk lol

When I'm trying to lean out, I mostly like stuff that I find filling and satisfying..I will typically eat lots of soups, omelettes, salads, stews, lettuce tacos/wraps.
In terms of main food staples: chicken breast, fish, seafood, egg whites, 0% Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, veggies like zucchini, cauliflower, broccoli, cabbage, peppers, spinach, romaine lettuce, kale etc. Also shirataki and other low cal noodles, high fibre protein bars, lower calorie ice creams and single serving snacks are great too for a treat.0 -
All foods that are rich in protein and fiber help for me, as wells as fruits and veggies. I keep my diet simple since I'm on a budget - fresh and canned fruits, oatmeal, whiting, tilapia, tuna, beans, occasionally meat or chicken.0

I volume eat to keep calories under, yet still feel full. All vegetables, including squash, broccoli, cauliflower, lean protein, and fat free yogurts. I drink only water or zero calorie beverages.0

I eat low carb so my "diet" foods are pepperoni, eggs, cheese, bacon, hamburger casseroles, cheese dip with veggies and coffee with coconut oil or whipped cream.0
