Ok here is the question. The nutrition facts on the the box states 210c per serving. When I scan the bar code using the My fitness Pal scanner it states 100c.
Which one do I go by?
Thanks!!!!

Box. The info in MFP is largely user added, and can be extraordinarily wrong.0

Package. Always.
The MFP database often has barcodes that point to the wrong product. Sometimes this is because of users picking the wrong item, sometimes it's because manufacturers reuse barcodes when they discontinue old products and release new ones.
Sometimes the barcode rest picks on the right product, but the serving size is different than you expect, so check that, too.
The Android app has a button to signal when the barcode picks the wrong thing. You can use that then search manually.0
