Finally been consistent

Hey guys. I use to be on and off on here but I finally became consistent. I’ve lost 13lbs so far. I hit the gym 5x a week. Sometimes it gets disheartening stepping on the scale for weigh ins because I feel as if the results take so much time but nevertheless, I am still getting results.

I started this journey consistently for about 3 months now. Before that, was at my heaviest, 173lbs which is very over weight for someone with my height (4”11)

Realized the greatest part of this is eating right. I love to cook and found recipes that are the leanest but still taste amazing!
