I watched my weight earlier in the summer and used the free MFP BUT I lost my mental focus.
Now end of September, I grew tired of watching my weight increase over the summer so I'm back using MFP free commit to be fit. My plan is to do moderate exercise and daily monitoring of my calorie intake. Seems like a lot until you think of the alternatives.
