    October 20th - 200lbs - I had a feeling I'd gained actually, haven't been working it so much this week and I haven't been eating proper meals, I've been more snacking - and not on the healthiest of things lol … same as what I do every time I'm ill lol

    Edited againnnn, don't mind me forgetting to add things for the past few weeks and then forgetting everything. I lost 3.5 total, which is pretty good considering I've had a rough couple of weeks in terms of my general mood and attitude. The beginning of not seeing the sun in the mornings is always a huge downer, so I'm gonna take this as a win.

    Not my usual check in day, but I am checking in as it is the last day of the month.

    Not really happy that I am pretty much where I started the month, I have not gone off track. In fact a couple of weeks ago I saw 208 twice, and then popped up again.

    I haven't hit a real plateau in a while so I guess I was due. Starting to think I won't see ONEderland before the end of the year. Oh well, I am not quitting. I will just take a bit longer to get there.

    My winter clothes fit me this year! That's a win.

    Highest weight ever: 254 in October 1999.

    Lowest since 1999: 195.

    Original starting weight: 243 in 2015.

    MFP Starting weight December 25th, 2016: 233

    Goals: ONEderland before the end of 2017.
    180 in however long it takes, and I'll evaluate at that time. Haven't been there since my early 20s.

    Average from September 25th to October 1st: 210.2
    Average from October 2nd to October 8th: 210.3
    Average from October 9th to October 15th: 209.3
    Average from October 16th to October 22nd: 209.1
