There is no such thing as a "body cleansing diet." Sorry. To lose weight you need to eat fewer calories than you use. If there is something else wrong with your body, you should speak to a doctor.10

Your body will clean itself (if it isn't, you'd be in a serious medical crisis).
If you're looking to lose weight, get a calorie goal from MFP and use logging to consistently hit that goal.12 -
There isn't a body cleansing diet, but eating well is definitely important, so if you want a body healthy diet with vitamins and minerals that you need for your body to function at it's best then stick to lean meats, seafood, veggies, fruits, grains and nuts. It doesn't matter what you eat you can lose weight, but if you wanna be healthier too then I would make sure to get a wide variety of food groups, with some fun stuff sprinkled in.1

Good overview on "cleanses" and "toxins": https://examine.com/nutrition/detoxes-an-undefined-scam/
As others have said, just focus on a balanced diet. You're allowed to have junk food and fast food in moderation, your body won't mind!2 -
what are you trying to cleanse? your liver and kidneys do all that for you. why do you want to diet? what are your goals? have you spoken with a doctor? can you change your habits long term?2

Everyone else has pretty much covered it. although I use Dial and Head and Shoulders for Body cleansing and find them highly efficient from a price/performance ratio.12

Water passing thru your liver and kidneys is all the cleanse your inside needs.
Water, soap, shampoo and antiperspirant is what your outside needs.8 -
Your body is a really dirty thing, but it's supposed to be dirty. You can get somewhat clean, temporarily, but only on the outside - take a shower or bath. The inside - intestines - is supposed to be dirty - that's where bacteria do their job of breaking down and extracting the nutrients in the food you eat. Don't mess with your insides.6

Plenty of liquids, balanced diet, bathe daily.3

It depends on what you're looking for. Cleanses or detoxes won't literally clean your body, nor is there anything special about them that causes weight loss. However, some people feel that eating a restricted diet of healthy foods puts them in a better weight loss "mindset" and helps them make better choices after the cleanse is over. If that's what you're looking for, I'd consider doing a raw vegan diet or something similar for a few days.6

Step 1: Have functioning kidneys and liver
Step 2: Eat food.
Seriously, "cleanses" are bogus and made up by companies to sell you useless products. Your body naturally detoxes every day and nothing you eat is going to affect that.5 -

It can get really messy when you diet while cleansing...

The last thing you should do for health is "cleanse" your digestive tract. You need well-functioning gut flora for health. If you want to really talk yourself out of this, consider that those who can't maintain healthy microbes in their intestines sometimes need a fecal transplant from someone else -- which is exactly what it sounds like.
Don't "cleanse!"3 -

That's why I use the dial liquid with the exfoliating beads2 -
A large curry, chili con carne or salmonella affected meat.
Disclaimer: I do not condone or recommend eating the germy meat...1 -
