I've been a member of MFP for about 4 years now. I successfully went from 144 to 110 (<- too low) between 2013 and 2016 (I'm 5'3.75 - that last 3/4 inch counts!). Recently diagnosed with a binge eating disorder - gained 50lbs in the last 9 months. Working on a combination of therapy, mindful eating, logging exercise and calories, and upping my overall activity level. I'm a nursing student in a fast-paced bachelor's program, so it's been challenging, to say the least. I need more accountability in my life! I keep my diary open to maintain honesty, and I log my weight once a week, measure inches once a month, and keep track of miles walked/ran/biked (I made a template if anyone would like it). Since I can't afford a gym right now, I'm going to start utilizing bodyweight exercises as well.
Looking forward to getting to know some new people who are on the same fitness journey!

Hi! I've been a member for years now. This is my 3rd or 4th time to "start over". I have lost 20 pounds but still have about 45 more to lose. I will send you a friend request. I really count on MFP friends support. It really makes a difference.1
