What should my activity level be?

I've had my activity level set to sedentary for the past few months and I've been doing great, losing pretty well, and generally satisfied. But lately I'm so hungry all the time. I think I need to change it.
I'm a phlebotomist in a small doctor's office. It's pretty slow most days, and I probably spend about 70% of my time sitting. When I get home I have two boys (ages 7 and 3) that I cook supper for, try to clean the house the best I can, and I don't sit down much until bedtime.
What would you think? Lightly active?

Lightly active, and log and eat (at least half) your exercise calories (anything more than your normal routine)0
