Question about BodyPump

I have attended a few sessions of BodyPump and so far going well and slowly building up my weights.

All routines seem fine and I handle them well, however, during one of the moves (overhead press), between my wrist and elbow (closer to wrist though) I get the strangest feeling, like a very slight "ping" of muscle. Not the full muscle but like tiny strands - it reminds me of many thin strands of elastic and one snaps/pings (I hope that makes sense).

Can anyone tell me if this might be a normal thing due to being a beginner or could this be an issue.

I can never get a chance to speak to my teacher about this but I am not In any pain, even days after when you feel your workout across your body, the area is never an issue.

I'd talk to the instructor. Anything that feels weird, strange or painful I would ask about. Just to be on the safe side.

Could you try holding plates instead of the bar for overheads and see if it helps?
