Really struggling despite so much effort!!

Hey everyone :)
I am back on mfp after a good few months off and after 10lbs crept on (literally overnight) I have been tracking my food the past 29 days and have only lost 1.5lbs. I've no idea why I'm not losing any weight and it's really starting to demotivate me.
Any help would be greatly appreciated :)
