Calories, macros and cheats

Hi
I feel I've got a good bit of knowledge about nutrition. If anybody has any questions I'll try to answer but be prepared to hear, it depends, a lot. :)

    There are all sorts of threads here where people have questions. It may be easier to go to them and provide answers than it would be to expect them to come to you.

    What do you want to tell us? What's the deal with "cheats"? You mean like eating more than you planned, or planning to eat more every now and then?

    Occasionally, I'll want to eat very low-calorie, high protein for most of the day so I can have a cheat (say, a muffin or a sandwich) and still not go over. I assume this is bad, both physiologically and psychologically. Why?
