So Ive been reading that HIIT workouts are 'best' for burning fat. Fast sprint then a recover and repeat. My question is cans a HIIT workout be done at 1 speed but the incline changes on the treadmill? I can stay at level 3.0 but have the incline vary fom 2.0 to 6.0 or sometimes higher. Thanks!

Intensity can be increased in different ways, by incline, speed or a mix of both.0

A true HIIT workout is a series of low intensity and high intensity intervals (ex: a minute walk or light jog, followed by a 45-60 second sprint). This is repeated for about 25-30 min. So to answer your question, one speed will not work or be considered an true HIIT workout.0

yea... i think that giving your body that pause and then back into the workout is the best way... so like basketball and football are good sport that would be great to burn fat based of the rest pause and back into motion guideline0
