MFP increased my calories... why?

So my SW was 160. Now done to 146.4 after about 7 weeks. MFP initially gave me 1270 cals per day. Today when I updated my weight (about 1lb loss from when I updated last week) and my goal. My initial goal was 147. Since I reached it I made my new goal 141 (for a normal BMI). Ultimately I'm looking to get down to about 120 or so, but I liked the little confetti screen I got when I reached my goal today so I thought I'd put in a mini-goal. Anyway, when I updated my weight and goal, I suddenly was upped to 1420 cals. I thought maybe it was bc my goal was so close or something but when I played it with it, it stayed at 1420. My activity setting is the same, and it's still set at 1lb a week. My understanding was that the less you weight, the lower your calorie needs. So why when I've lost weight would they increase my calories? Any insights are appreciated!

Double check your activity level didn't shift from sedentary to lightly active or whatever? And that you're still set to 1 lb/week? Did you add 6 inches to your height? The only other thing I can think of is if you linked a fitbit or exercise tracker to MFP and it's adding exercise calories.

Everything's the same! I double and triple checked. Plus, they didn't just increase my calories for today, they just switched it for every day. I can't decide whether to listen to them or just manually change it back.
