Fruit snack addiction?

So I am a pretty healthy eater. I eat vegetables for lunch and always have oatmeal for breakfast. I am pretty health conscious but one thing I have struggled with is my fruit snack addiction. I have to have a pack a day, or else I end up binging late at night. I know that fruit snacks are just sugar and artificial flavoring, but could my addiction balance out with my healthy eating, or am I throwing away all the benefits I get from healthy eating with my pack of fruit snacks?

    I see nothing wrong with having a pack everyday. We all need treats everyday. Go ahead, enjoy! Sounds like you are doing pretty well! I have treats everyday in the form of either a donut, a cookie, gummi bears, whatever I'm in the mood for as long as it's within my calorie limit.
