Ok here’s my dilemma, I am 5’7” 194 pounds and am trying to lose some weight and struggling. My goal is to get to 180 and I have been counting calories and cut out most junk. I also have been running about 3 days a week and constantly moving at work. I am seeking any pointers and if anyone knows of a beginners workout program to help shape that would e great

    Your cardio is good. If you can lift weights too, it helps you burn more.
