Hello, Tyler here i just wanted to say hello to everyone on the blog.
I don't usually do this but thought i would give it a whirl, first off may i say i think your all doing great and keep up the good work.

For me i have struggled with my weight id say for the last 10 years, i am almost 32 in December and in June 2017 i decided enough was enough. I wanted to lose weight for health reasons, my sex life and for better general all round fitness so that i can walk without feeling like im dying. In June i weighed in at 23st 8lbs, i am 6ft 2 so don't always look as big but my blood pressure and weight says different, after basically transforming my life i have now started slowly to enjoy cooking, watching the calories i intake, i am under a dietitian here and currently prescribed orlistat tablets which i take 3 times a day with meals when eating anything with fat in, they sure do work haha I am not at the gym as i much enjoy my walks with my dog, i walk twice a day with my dog and do around 45 mins each time, twice a week i will do a 12 mile walk with the dog depending on the weather but Sundays are usually the day i do 12 miles.

With the walking and the watching of food and calories i have, making the right choices, it is now 26th September 2017 and i weigh in at 21st 8lbs which means i have lost 2 stone since end of June this year, i am very pleased with myself.

Although i don't look like i have lost that much, my clothes that were tight on me are starting to fit me properly now and i have got rid of some baggy clothes as im not going back.

Yes i have my bad days, sometimes i want to each crap but i do treat myself once a week and it helps. I say to myself i have lost 2 stone up to now and i do not want to be putting it back on ever again nor do i want surgery.

I just wanted to tell you a bit about my story and life and hope it helps others on the blog, thank you

Tyler
