Hi all.
I have been advised by my PT to use MFP to log my calories so i can focus on eating foods that will help me gain muscle. I only want to lose a few kg to get to my pre baby weight. I was lucky enough to not put on too much weight throughout my pregnancies. With my fitness program and this app, im hoping to get to where i want to be. Can anyone help me with food/easy recipes that will help me gain some muscle. I dont want to bulk up too much though, i only have a small frame i dont want to look out of proportion
