Looking to stay motivated!

Hi! I'm 5'4" and 189lbs. I'm down 5lbs already and looking to lose 30lbs more. I'm pretty active, with kickboxing and crossfit bootcamp I work out 4-5 times a week. I've joined to get my diet under control and to help myself stay motivated and accountable!
I definitely have a lot to learn so I'm looking for any tips or motived friends!!

    Stay with it, take a day at a time. Don’t give up, if you mess up get into it more next day. I’m down 60+ pounds in 9 month. Not easy but once you look back at the journey it’s so worth it.
