Kids are more in shape then I am

Hello I started my weight loss journey a few months ago but it's been difficult to stay on track with my two teenagers in every sport possible. They both run, play basketball, football etc. We are constantly eating out since there is not enough time for me to make dinner with the little time I have. I'm ready to give up my diet it's almost pointless. Any motivation would be greatly appreciated
