92lbs off the scales

Hey guys, Here is my current story
After a breakup in January 2016, I jumped on the scales and weighed in at 330lbs (150kg)
The reason for the breakup was my weight. Now I stand at 238lbs (108kg) a year later.
Gym saved my life and health, I wasn't coping well at all after the breakup of living together for 4yrs, mostly bad habits and laziness contributed to the massive weight gain.
Everyday was a grind and a goal was the only priority, I hid away from friends for quite some time with my recovery and gym routine (loss of all self confidence and image issues)
Eventually I made some big changes on the scales and ventured out into the night time adventures with friends. I felt the more gains/loss the better I felt because I wasn't the same person that was causing issues in a relationship from being a bad size
Currently:
5'10" @ 108kgs (21%BF)

You look very sexy!! The hard work was so worth it. Sometimes we need that kick in the butt when we lose something we love to give us a wake up call. Your ex did you a favor. Always love them for that.0

Daaaaamn nice, I am hoping this is the last time I have to try motivate my self to go to gym regularly. I have been on and off it for the last 3 year's and I think it's because I never hit the weights. Now my mantra is lift stacks eat snacks, but you sir have some amazing results here. Very inspiring.0
