How do i balance my calories working nights?
I work 7pm to 7am. I get off @ 7am, take the boys to school by 7:30. Workout at 8am then shower & go to bed from 9am to 3pm.

If mamas LUCKY i can squeeze a nap in from 6pm to 10pm IF IM LUCKY.

But i eat "breakfast" @ 3:30pm
"Lunch" 5pm_ish
"Dinner" 8pm-ish.

I Work 7p-7a.. I work a rotating schedule, Anyways my schedule sounds a lot like yours, but I go to bed at 7:30 am, work out when I wake up which is between 2:30-3:00ish. Then I eat a light breakfast at 3, lunch (which is dinner) with my family at 6:30, and then I eat good size dinner at work at 11 pm and maybe a snack at 1am, but usually from 12am-7 I don't eat anything. On my day off my schedule is more like a normal person. Oh & I pre-log a lot of my food to make sure my macros look good and I'm meeting my calories.

Day 1735 here and I also work 7P-7A (like right now). I changed my diary settings to six hour blocks and keep the midnight to midnight days. I eat dinner before I come to work since it's a busy hospital unit and breaks aren't the norm. I bring lots of proteins that I can grab on the run. I prelog my food, close out my diary at midnight and start fresh. I eat something when I get home, before I go to bed. If I'm working another night shift, I get up at 4 and eat dinner. If I'm off (like I am later today), I'll get up around 12-12:30, and keep a "normal" schedule. This works for me.
