Moving toward goal weight

I am starting again to become healthier. I am unlearning bad habits and replacing them with better choices concerning eating and exercise. I have close to 100 pounds to lose. I have been using the mapmyfitness app and love to bike ride and walk sometimes. I will be 50 next year. I had set a goal to log 500 miles this year and am well on my way to completion of that goal.
