Keeping a blog

Hi all,

A little backstory, I've had success on MFP in the past, I lost 75lbs in around six months and changed my life completely for the better. Unfortunately I ended up in hospital (unrelated to the weight loss) and ended up bed ridden for a month, falling off the wagon in the process and have had horrendous difficulty losing weight again since.

What I've started doing is keeping a blog of my progress, not terribly exciting but it keeps me accountable. I've got 97.4lbs to lose (yeah, I put the 75lbs back on with interest!) and I'm doing a lot better than I have previously, with the blog helping in my opinion.

Just a thought that it might be of use to others to do something similar? Here's mine for reference:
