Fit pregnancy and weight gain control

Hello there, I am 25 weeks pregnant and overweight trying to track my calorie intake and do light workouts several times a week. Who else is on a similar mission or has experience from a past pregnancy. How did you control weight gain? What exercises were you doing?

I just found out I'm pregnant. I'm 8 weeks 4 days. I've lost 4 lbs but I was 35 lbs over my pre pregnancy weight from my first 2 years ago so I need to lose still. I'm looking to get fit and healthy during this pregnancy and hopefully I won't gain much! Feel free to add me1
