I have been overweight my entire life. I think it will take a while before I think of myself as anything but the fat girl. It's all about retraining the mind. The key is, until the mind gets retrained, to not let those thought derail your progress.0

I've lost over 100 and still feel obese. Because I am. But only 5 or so pounds away from being overweight, although I doubt I will feel different then.
Way to go
I hope you are throwing a party after you lose those 5 or so- and I'm invited.
The first time I saw my reflection in a store window, a few months after losing weigh, I thought 'I wish I looked like that woman walking towards me'- then I realized it was me.
Try to look at yourself out of context, or a headless photo.
Cheers, h.0
