No weight loss

Hi everyone,
Just after a little advice if possible please - I lost over a stone last t at and reached my goal weight but during the run up to my holiday and on my holiday gained 6 lbs. not a huge amount, I know, but I want it gone! I've returned to tracking daily and rarely go over my daily 1200 calories but it's been 3 weeks and I haven't lost a thing! Has this happened to anyone else? Any suggestions to overcome it? Thanks

It looks like you're weighing some foods and not others (you've got weights for vegetables, but bread and bacon are just in slices) and you're using some pre-made entries that could be less than accurate (like the tea with milk and the coffee with milk, you can't be sure if you're using the same amount of milk the person who created the entries did). When you use someone else's entry for mashed potatoes, you have no way of knowing how much butter you're using, for example, compared to what they are using.
So, like I said, three weeks is a bit early to worry, but there are some opportunities to tighten up your logging by weighing all solid food (not just some of it), using your own information and the Recipe Builder to track things like mashed potatoes, and avoiding generic/homemade entries created by other people.5 -
