Can you guys give me ideas and help on what i should be doing, what i could eat ect? I'm from UK and work full time so i tend to buy my meals beforehand to save me time and i go the gym sometimes. My diary should be open

1.) You've only logged 1 day, so it's kind of hard to give you advice from just that.
2.) Log every single thing you eat. Weigh/Measure everything
3.) 1200 is the minimum you should be taking in. Your goal is at like 1300 but you're not even breaking 1200.
