Forearm pain?

When I started lifting I would curl and everything would be fine after a few months however, I started to get a pain on my forearms during curling to the point I had to stop curling for a while. Now I do curls with little forearm use such as keeping my wrist neutral and stuff, but I still get that feeling in my forearm almost every time while curling, I'm wondering if there's anything I can do to make that feeling go away I wouldn't want to stop curling again

Probably not tendonitis unless the pain is at the elbow where the ligaments attach.
I'm recoving fron tendonitis now due to too many pullups, pushups, & dips. Has happened b4. On 3rd wk of recovery now. Took 4 wks b4 and looks like the same this time. Doing other things instead.1 -

Tendinitis can occur in the forearm as well. Its where the tendons attach to the muscles. I have had issues with both and where it attaches to the muscle hurts more IMO2 -
Have you tried massaging the muscle around the forearm with a tennis ball or golf ball.1
