I have trouble staying on task. I am not too far from being where I want to be (or need to be) in terms of weight and muscle, but I think that is my biggest weakness. I keep thinking, during moments of temptation or laziness, that I'm really ok and I don't need to be so hard on myself. I think I can indulge and be ok. However, as I age, my body needs proper attention in nutrition and exercise. Also, I am pre-diabetic and if I don't want to move into being a full diabetic, I really do need to stick to a solid diet and exercise program.
Now that the temps are cooling off here in Arizona I am feeling refreshed and ready to launch.
I have read a few of your posts and blogs and find them very motivating. I am looking forward to reading more.
I plan to post from time to time to comment on strategies and motivational posts and how they have helped me.
