Hey everyone, I'll start off with saying that I'm a 24 female and this is going to be my second time with myfitnesspal. I'm determined to stick with it this time. I need to loose about 85 pounds that I put on during 6 months of bed rest. I believe my problem is that I always pull out the excuse "I have physical limitations so I can't work out like everybody else." I have to get past that. I'm joining a gym tomorrow that offers personal training and nutritional information so I can have accountability for not sticking with it. I need all the support I can get, plus I give as much support as I can. This is hard work to stick to with my busy schedule. Would love to meet some other people on this journey as well!
