Exercise at Disneyland.

I posted a discussion before about the foods at Disneyland, but now I want to share with you all of the days I went and how mindful I was. First of all, I made it clear to my fiancé that, yes I would have a cheat eat, but I also want to walk and get a workout in as much as I could!
How we exercised at Dland:
1) WALKING- we walked to everything, never once did we take the train. We went back and forth from Disneyland to California Adventure. And we also walked to and from the parking structure, instead of using the tram! You can easily walk 7-8 miles from a day at Disney alone!
2) STAIRSTEPPER @Tarzan’s Treehouse- that is pretty much our stair master. We went up that treehouse twice to feel the bum burn! I can’t remember how many steps there are but it’s a pretty high ways from the ground!
3) HIKE @ Tom Sawyer’s Island- we walked for an hour, up and down and round and round on the trail, bending and bear crawling through little “caves”, and walking uphill to certain “peaks”.
There you have it. Even though Disneyland is filled with tempting treats and easy rides to take you to and from areas, you can still find ways to keep your heart rate up and feel a burn!
Especially if you cheat with a corndog!
Have a wonderful day!!!

Walking alone is pretty sufficient. We easily covered 8+ miles per day, plus the fact that the only time we actually sat down was for meals. The rest of the time was standing in line.
Edit - oops, never mind. I was thinking Disney World, not Disneyland.1 -
I walked so much at Disney when I went that I got a heel spur lol. You can easily cover several miles in the first day let alone if you stay for several seeing the other parks.0

Tom Sawyer's Island is the best, but you have to keep pushing all those little kids out of the way.
Hey, there is exercise in that too, isn't there?4 -
Good for you! Curious as to WHY the OP is flagged??? Unless someone is offended by a corn dog.0
