Hi Everyone - I am a return MFP user. I just had my 2nd baby 6 weeks ago and had to have Gallbladder surgery 2 weeks later. I was not my goal weight before I got pregnant but told myself after the baby it was time to get serious so here I am... getting serious!! I have about 50lbs to lose to get to my goal weight. I am learning that eating the right things will keep me fuller longer and hoping to add some activity into my daily routine. If anyone has advise for good workout for a full time working mom with 2 kids let me know I need all the help I can get!
