You can view some different nutrients in the "report" function (there's a drop down menu). For lipid level purposes, the report gives you total fat, saturated fat, and poly- and monounsaturated fat. Cholesterol is produced in the body so only blood work will tell you that0

The report referenced does give you all the micronutrients on an individual basis including dietary cholesterol which is contained in animal foods. Good luck bringing down your triglycerides. My lipid panel is terrible and a lot of people on the previous site I was on swore by low carb/mod fat diets to bring down your cholesterol and triglyceride levels. I tried and it didn't work for me, but low fat diets nor medication work for me either.0
