Mfp not syncing excercise with map my fitness

I connected them but nothing carries over. Anyone else have this problem?

For me it can take an hour or so but it always updates every day

Not only does Map My Fitness not sync with My Fitness Pal, but they have different calorie values for the same 22 mile bike ride. MMF said 1.2K and MFP said 796. Guess which one I used in my Diary? Seriously, how do I get these two to sync? Or is it just a "ain't gonna happen" kind of thing?
